1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Eligibility
We want you to love your Stylooo outfit! If your ordered size doesn't fit perfectly or if you change your mind, you can initiate a size exchange or return within 7 calendar days from the date of package delivery.
Conditions for Return Acceptance:
- Garments must be unused, unwashed, and free of fragrance, makeup stains, or deodorant marks.
- Original brand tags, barcode stickers, and woven atelier labels must remain intact and attached.
- The product must be packed safely in its original polybag packaging.
2. Size Exchange Process (Free)
If your kurti, one-piece, or co-ord set needs a smaller or larger size (S, M, L, XL, XXL):
- Go to your Account Dashboard → My Orders.
- Click Request Size Exchange and choose your target size.
- Our courier executive will pick up the current garment and deliver the fresh size simultaneously (Reverse Pickup & Delivery).
3. Refund Options & Timeline
Once your returned item arrives at our Kolkata atelier warehouse and passes quality check:
- Prepaid Orders (UPI, Netbanking, Credit/Debit Cards): Refund is processed back to your original payment source within 3-5 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders are credited instantly to your Stylooo Wallet Balance (usable anytime on your next purchase) OR transferred via UPI to your verified bank account details provided during return request.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are non-returnable for hygiene and custom tailoring reasons:
- Custom tailored garments altered upon special request.
- Items marked as "Final Clearance Sale" or discounted by over 60%.
- Washed, worn, or tag-less items.
