1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

At Stylooo, every garment is manufactured and quality-checked at our central Kolkata atelier unit. Orders received before 2:00 PM IST on business days are dispatched within 24 hours.

Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Custom fitted orders may require an additional 24-48 hours for hand tailoring and final press inspection.

Kolkata Metro & Greater Suburbs 2 - 4 Business Days

Rest of West Bengal 3 - 5 Business Days

Rest of India (Pan-India Express) 4 - 7 Business Days

3. Shipping Charges & Cash on Delivery (COD)

We strive to keep shipping transparent with zero hidden fees:

Prepaid Orders: FREE Shipping across India for orders above ₹999. Standard ₹49 flat shipping charge for orders below ₹999.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available across Kolkata and select Indian PIN codes. A nominal non-refundable handling charge of ₹50 applies on COD orders to cover courier cash processing fees.

4. Live Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to our courier partner (Bluedart, Delhivery, or Xpressbees), you will automatically receive an SMS and WhatsApp alert containing your direct tracking link and AWB number.

5. Package Damage or Tampering

If the outer delivery box appears tampered or damaged upon arrival, please do NOT accept the package from the delivery executive. Take a quick photo/video and notify our support team immediately at support@stylooo.com or WhatsApp us at +91 98765 43210.
